What Credit Card types are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Do you accept debit cards?
We accept debit cards on walk-in orders. Telephone orders should be with credit or debit cards with the logo of Visa or Master Card.

When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred to
the workshop to be processed for delivery. Your account will be charged on the day of purchase.

Can I send flowers anonymously?
We prefer that all orders have a signature on the personalized message, although it is ultimately your decision. If a recipient contacts our customer service department
questioning the sender of the flowers, we are unable to reveal any sender information due to our privacy policy.

How far in advance can I place my order?
You can place your order up to 30 days in advance from the intended delivery date.  

What is a special order?
A special order is an order that requires specifically flowers, colors and delivery time. To assure your flowers and prompt service, the order should placed 48-72 hours prior  
to delivery.

In what moment is it possible to cancel an order?
We can cancel your order 1 day before the delivery date. Even to offer you a better service, we can effect cancellations of orders the same day of the delivery if the floral
arrangement has not been elaborate since in the above mentioned case we will not be able to cancel the order.


What information should be included when placing an order going to a hospital or large office complex?
Please include the following information: Recipients First and Last Name, Recipients Phone number, Company or Hospital Name, Full Street Address, Floor Number and
Room or Suite Number. We strongly suggest contacting the Company or Hospital to find out their policy on deliveries. For example, most courier deliveries are required to go
to the shipping and receiving department as the courier does not have permission to deliver directly to the recipient. When sending to a hospital, please ensure the patient
will not be discharged from the hospital prior to or on the day of the flower delivery. When sending to a company please ensure the recipient is working on the day of delivery.

Do you ship Internationally?
We currently ship only to Metro Area in Puerto Rico and the urban zones of the United States. Some shipping restrictions apply.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
Delivery times are based upon the courier's scheduled routes. We are not able to guarantee a delivery time during holidays.

Do you deliver to Apartment Buildings?
Yes. When placing your order, be sure the apartment number is included in the address. Any omissions or errors may delay delivery a minimum of one additional business
day. As most apartment buildings are secure, the delivery person will have to buzz the proper apartment to notify the recipient there is a delivery. The delivery policy to
apartment buildings in general is that there must be someone at the apartment to successfully complete delivery.


1.The substitutions can be necessary to assure the opportune delivery of the floral arrangement. When these should carry out it was reporting in an opportune way and
one will proceed with the delivery giving the major care and attention to your order is as seemed as possible to the requested order.

2. In the arrangements of flowers, the colors that appear in line will be in use providing that it is possible, enclosed if this means the substitution for other types of flowers of
equal or major value.

3. If the floral container that appears online is not available, other one will be in use of similar characteristics.

4. In case of not being available, the gifts and additional special they can be replace you with others of equal or major value that they are of similar topic and category.

5. We guarantee that the flowers will be delivery the approved day (except every Sunday and Festive) The flowers will submit to the address for professional flower shops,
except in some places where the local courier agency is the average only one of delivery.

6. On having realized your order, it can choose if the flowers must be left in the door or with a neighbor if the addressee is not in house. If you chooses any of these options,
Riverside floral studio does not become a person in charge in case the flowers are stolen or damaged. If you does not choose any of the options, the florist's shop usually
communicates with you before and only will be realize the delivery after establishing contact with the address.

7. Due to the nature of the products delivered by the florist's shop we cannot cancel an order as soon as the product has been delivered.

8. Riverside floral studio is not responsible for the delays in the delivery of products when these are caused by climatic conditions or other natural acts. In the above
mentioned cases one will not refund the costs of the order
